In summertime weekly gastronomic, folkloristic festivals; tastino of typical products of the farm in the open air; a lot of music, too. On the agrotouristic Farm Monte Sacro a lot of natural biological products are made and you can see their working – process. Cheese such as the “cacio cavallo podolico”, provola di bufala, pecorino (sheep’s cheese); cacio – ricotta (butter – milk – curd) of the Gargano, babà with lemon, confectionaries, sweets and the limoncino, are a phew of the farm – products.
